I love the perspective! How did you achieve the warped reflection on the street?

Thank you!
I mirrored the top half of the bg, flipped it and warped it to fit, did the same for the character, then I used a lot of CSP's liquify and some overpainting for the effect. I think the whole water reflection is on "lighten" mode so the street's walkway paint could fit through.
